$DEADS — Whitepaper
$DEADS is the heartbeat of the ecosystem — a fixed‑supply Solana token designed for real utility, fair participation, and automated rewards flowing back to builders and holders.
1. Abstract
$DEADS is the utility token that ties together the Solana Deads ecosystem: GraveMint (multi‑chain NFT launchpad), GraveMarket (multi‑chain NFT marketplace), GraveSwap (on‑chain NFT‑to‑token swap pools), GraveStake (staking & claims), GraveDraw (multi‑chain auctions & raffles), GraveForge (no‑code NFT art generator), and GraveKeeper (Discord verification). Crypt Console is the unified dashboard where Solana Deads holders manage staking, rewards, and ecosystem actions in one place, and Solana Deads Tools is a growing set of builder/holder utilities. Rewards were originally routed by our . That routing — along with staking, reward accrual and claiming — was consolidated into GraveStake, which generalized the same mechanisms so any collection can use them.
2. Problem
Tokens often lack durable reasons to return, clear value flow to contributors, or practical tooling. We target these gaps with useful apps, transparent rewards, and a smooth UX for participation.
3. Solution Overview
- Router‑based Rewards: 1.11% transfer fee. App fees and allocations were batched by and streamed to rewards pools. The transfer fee is still live; the harvest is now performed by GraveStake's permissionless crank.
- GraveMint: Multi‑chain NFT launchpad with branded mint pages for creators and collectors.
- GraveMarket: Multi‑chain NFT marketplace for buying, selling, and trading.
- GraveSwap: On‑chain swap pools that let any collection back its token with a fixed‑rate NFT‑to‑token exchange.
- Duo Staking: Stake DEADS NFTs and/or $DEADS to earn periodic distributions.
- GraveStake: Unified dashboard for staking, claims, account linking, and cooldown visibility — open to every collection.
- GraveDraw: Multi‑chain on‑chain auctions and raffles with provably‑fair, commit‑reveal randomness.
- GraveForge: No‑code, drag‑and‑drop NFT art generator for creators.
- GraveKeeper: Role gating across chains (counts, attributes, ANY/AND rules).
- Crypt Console: Unified rewards and staking hub for Solana Deads holders.
- Solana Deads Tools: Public toolbox (wrappers, checkers, generators) built for builders and holders.
4. Token Specification
- Standard: SPL (Token‑2022 compatible; 1.11% transfer fee).
- Original mint: 1,000,000,000 $DEADS.
- Burned: 222,225,712 $DEADS.
- Current supply: 777,774,288 $DEADS. The mint authority is revoked, so no more can ever be created.
- Circulating & Locked Supply: Shifts over time as staking activity moves tokens between locked and liquid states — see the Token page for live supply and market data.
- Metadata: Modern Token Metadata standard.
- Utility: Access, staking rewards, in‑app fees, and ecosystem usage.
- Initial Liquidity: 100,000,000 allocated to liquidity provisioning.
- NFT Collection(s) (tie‑ins):Solana Deads: 7ZYBDpPou8EehaYz6nUPExy5DU1bL3E64P5AKtikwZnhHell Houndz: 6FTX8iTVQEU4oRkPGcwMU7UjtygEontCbBdcybLHARFS
Every Action Feeds the Rewards
Four buyback streams convert fees to $DEADS and pour into a single harvest — the $DEADS Harvester flywheel. GraveStake's harvest crank routes everything back to holders — and the moment those rewards move, the cycle starts again.
① Fee Sources
GraveMint
2.22% of the mint fee
A slice of every GraveMint mint fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy. The buy itself triggers the 1.11% transfer fee, which flows straight to the harvest.
GraveMarket
2.22% of the trade fee
A slice of every GraveMarket trade fee is routed through the same buy-and-feed flow — converted to $DEADS, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.
GraveStake
2.22% of the staking fee
A slice of every GraveStake fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy — the same buy-and-feed flow, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.
GraveDraw
2.22% of the draw fee
A slice of every GraveDraw auction & raffle fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy — the same buy-and-feed flow, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.
$DEADS Transfers
1.11% Token-2022 fee
Every transfer, swap, buy, sell, or reward claim of $DEADS pays the protocol-level 1.11% fee directly — including the four buybacks above and all organic holder activity.
② The harvest collects
THE HARVEST
The 1.11% fee accrues on the $DEADS mint itself. GraveStake's permissionless harvest crank sweeps the withheld fees and feeds the rewards — no standalone router program required.
③ Rewards Distributed
Rewards → Holders
Distributed automatically to $DEADS stakers, DEADS NFT stakers, and Hell Houndz NFT stakers. The harvest crank is permissionless — anyone can run it.
The flywheel: when holders transfer, swap, buy, sell, or claim rewards — that activity is itself a $DEADS transfer, and the 1.11% fee feeds the harvest all over again, swept by GraveStake's permissionless crank. Every ecosystem action accelerates the next reward cycle.
5. Rewards Engine
The rewards flywheel was built around the , which collected a 1.11% transfer fee on all $DEADS token transactions. The standalone Harvester program has since been retired: the transfer fee is still live on the $DEADS mint, and the harvest is now performed by GraveStake's permissionless crank — anyone can run it, keeping distribution decentralized and community-driven.
Rewards originate from ecosystem app fees and explicit allocations. These were aggregated by the and streamed to pool vaults. Every one of those mechanisms — NFT soft‑staking, token staking, reward accrual and claiming, commitment/lock multipliers and fee harvesting — exists today in GraveStake, where staking and claims are managed. See GraveStake for the pools and terms that apply now.

The 1.11% transfer fee is still live on the $DEADS mint and is now swept by GraveStake's permissionless crank — see GraveStake for current staking pools and reward terms.
6. Staking
- NFT Staking: Stake DEADS NFTs to earn the NFT share of distributions. Cooldowns apply (displayed in GraveStake).
- Token Staking: Stake $DEADS to earn the token holder share.
- GraveStake UX: Manage staking/unstaking, multi‑wallet linking, and claims in GraveStake, which now hosts these flows for every collection.
7. Operations & Safety
- Non‑custodial staking — positions stay on‑chain under the staker's control; GraveStake computes rewards via a hybrid on‑chain + off‑chain model.
- Per‑pool pause guards let a single pool be halted for maintenance without affecting any other pool or collection.
- Lock‑tier multipliers reward longer commitment, and cooldowns on NFT staking actions deter opportunistic churn.
- Transparent reporting for allocations and pool balances.
8. Architecture
- Standard: SPL token (Token‑2022 compatible), 1.11% transfer fee.
- Router: aggregated app fees/allocations and distributed them to reward vaults. The standalone router is retired — GraveStake's permissionless crank now sweeps the transfer fee and handles distribution.
- Programs: Anchor‑based Solana program for staking and distribution vaults, plus EVM staking contracts deployed at CREATE2‑deterministic (identical) addresses across every supported chain — both provided by GraveStake.
- Back‑end: Jobs/cron runners for accrual and settlement; Supabase used for persistence/edges.
- Front‑end: GraveStake for staking UX, with wallet linking and claim flows.
