The Flywheel

Every Action Feeds the Rewards

Four buyback streams convert fees to $DEADS and pour into a single harvest — the $DEADS Harvester flywheel. GraveStake's harvest crank routes everything back to holders — and the moment those rewards move, the cycle starts again.

① Fee Sources

GraveMint

2.22% of the mint fee

A slice of every GraveMint mint fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy. The buy itself triggers the 1.11% transfer fee, which flows straight to the harvest.

GraveMarket

2.22% of the trade fee

A slice of every GraveMarket trade fee is routed through the same buy-and-feed flow — converted to $DEADS, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.

GraveStake

2.22% of the staking fee

A slice of every GraveStake fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy — the same buy-and-feed flow, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.

GraveDraw

2.22% of the draw fee

A slice of every GraveDraw auction & raffle fee is auto-converted to $DEADS via market buy — the same buy-and-feed flow, with the 1.11% transfer fee feeding the harvest.

$DEADS Transfers

1.11% Token-2022 fee

Every transfer, swap, buy, sell, or reward claim of $DEADS pays the protocol-level 1.11% fee directly — including the four buybacks above and all organic holder activity.

② The harvest collects

THE HARVEST

The 1.11% fee accrues on the $DEADS mint itself. GraveStake's permissionless harvest crank sweeps the withheld fees and feeds the rewards — no standalone router program required.

③ Rewards Distributed

Rewards → Holders

Distributed automatically to $DEADS stakers, DEADS NFT stakers, and Hell Houndz NFT stakers. The harvest crank is permissionless — anyone can run it.

The flywheel: when holders transfer, swap, buy, sell, or claim rewards — that activity is itself a $DEADS transfer, and the 1.11% fee feeds the harvest all over again, swept by GraveStake's permissionless crank. Every ecosystem action accelerates the next reward cycle.

Core Utilities

Staking & Claims

Stake DEADS NFTs and/or $DEADS to earn periodic distributions. Staking, cooldowns and reward claims all live in GraveStake (gravestake.io).

Ecosystem Utility

$DEADS underpins actions and fees across GraveKeeper and builder tools, creating ongoing reasons to return.

Access & Priority

Holders may receive priority access and app‑level perks across the ecosystem.

Rewards Routing

Ecosystem app fees and allocations were aggregated by the and streamed into rewards pools. That routing now lives in GraveStake, where a permissionless crank sweeps the transfer fee and streams it into reward pools.

Tokenomics & Rewards

Supply & Liquidity

  • Original mint: 1,000,000,000 $DEADS
  • Burned: 222,225,712 $DEADS
  • Current supply: 777,774,288 $DEADS — mint authority revoked, so this is now fixed
  • Initial Liquidity: 100,000,000 allocated for provisioning
  • Standard: SPL (Token‑2022 compatible) — 1.11% transfer fee

Rewards Engine

Rewards originate from ecosystem app fees and explicit allocations. These were aggregated by the and streamed to pool vaults. That whole mechanism was consolidated into GraveStake: NFT and token staking, reward accrual and claiming, commitment multipliers and fee harvesting all run there today — and they are open to every collection, not just Solana Deads.

Illustrative Split (as routed by the legacy Harvester):

  • 45.0% → Staked DEADS NFT holders
  • 5.0% → Staked Hell Houndz NFT holders
  • 15.0% → Staked $DEADS holders
  • 17.5% → Treasury (ops, growth)
  • 17.5% → Liquidity operations

The 65% staker share splits 45% / 5% across the two NFT collections plus 15% to $DEADS stakers.

How to Get $DEADS

Always verify the token address before trading

$DEADS is not only a Solana token.

The $DEADS bridge is live on mainnet. It moves $DEADS between Solana and nine EVM networks — Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Chain, Berachain, HyperEVM and Robinhood Chain — with a lock-and-release vault on Solana and burn-and-mint on each EVM side, so the total across every chain always matches what is locked on Solana. There is no bridge fee.

Where it stands, plainly: the bridge has not been through a third-party security audit, and administrative authority has not yet moved to an MPC setup — it still sits with the deployer key. Both are in progress. Bridge amounts you are comfortable with until they are done.
